Good and bad news with Dental Depot going into liquidation
It's sad to see Dental Depot going into liquidation after more than 30 years serving customers across Queensland. This has affected their loyal staff and customers at a time of the year when we are meant to be celebrating and winding down for Xmas. Especially impacted customers with paid for but yet to be delivered equipment or items in process of being repaired.
The good news is that key Dental Depot staff have now joined QDS and become part of the QDS customer focussed team.
- Adele has joined as our customer support and consumer sales manager,
- Robert is taking responsibility for servicing of Miele and other sterilisers that was his trade mark while working at Dental Depot, and
- Ash has joined our technical service team looking after Queensland Health and private clients across SE Queensland.
Initially Adele and Robert are working hard to support the Dental Depot customers with equipment that was being held or repaired. We've organised with the receiver to help customers retrieve paid for or customer owned equipment that was being held by Dental Depot. We will be completing any required repairs so that equipment can be returned in good working order.
Adele is responsibility for our Dental Consumer Warehouse online store. While we're not about to make the same promise as Bunnings, our large customer purchasing power and national reach means she'll ensure we price match any consumable item that we stock if a customer finds a lower price elsewhere. Adele will be on our stand at the upcoming ADX Brisbane 2025 in March, and looks forward to meeting and renewing relationships with the loyal clients she's served for years.
